Its territory is like a floating factory that imports raw material from all over the world, processes it and the product is also exported to the whole world. The difference is also not intelligence. This is demonstrated by students from poor countries who emigrate to rich countries and achieve excellent results in their education. The race does not make the difference either. In Central European countries we can see Latinos or Africans proving to be the productive force of those countries. So... What makes the difference?
